Pre-register your credit card prior to November 3.  Then when you arrive at the Maryland Hope Gala, you can breeze through Registration! Your credit card will not be charged unless you make a purchase at the Hope Gala. 

    • Check the box for "I authorize Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Maryland Chapter to use the credit card entered on the submission page at Hope Gala 2018." 
    • Click "Next"
    • Fill out your contact information and credit card information
    • Check the box for "I agree to pay future charges, when I authorize them, according to card issuer agreement."
    • Click "Submit for Processing"
I authorize JDRF - Maryland Chapter - 4256 to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event Hope Gala 2018. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.
